Apple Products and Consumer Law in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Under consumer law in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, consumers are entitled to a free of charge repair of defective goods and if the defect is re-occuring, a replacement of the goods. These rights expire two years from date of purchase. The responsibility to provide a remedy is on the seller, the agent and/or the manufacturer of the product.

When you purchase Apple hardware products, you will also receive coverage from the Apple Limited Warranty. This coverage operates alongside and in addition to your statutory rights under KSA consumer law. Should you have an issue with your product, you may make a claim under KSA consumer law or the Apple Limited Warranty (whichever is applicable).

To make a claim under the Apple Limited Warranty, visit the Apple Authorized Wireless Carrier with whom you have a carrier service plan for your iPhone, or for all Apple products, call Apple Support or visit an Apple Authorized Service Provider.

To make a claim under KSA consumer law, for iPhone and iPad, visit an Apple Authorized Wireless Carrier (for any iPhone or iPad WiFi + Cellular that you purchased in KSA), or for all Apple products, call Apple Support or visit an Apple Authorized Service Provider.
