My Itunes is not working properly. 1) Music that I have bought is not showing in Purchased. 2) Some songs are Greyed Out in all may playlists. 3) Clicking on the Music icon shows (Sync Music) but the box below is totally Greyed out....

I'm using Catalina on my late 2013 iMac. When I try open my main library and try to import, the 'Review for Import' window shows that both of the libraries I am trying to import are greyed out. I have renamed them so is this an issue - I can open both libraries independently on the same computer plus my main library? I have an Apple Hard Drive that I had taken out of my Imac when I upgraded it. I have used it as an external hard drive for the past few years. It works perfectly with my 2014 Imac, but I just bought a new Mac Mini M1 and it won't connect to it. It doesn't show in Finder, but does show in Disk Utility. I can click on the drive and all the buttons are available except for the mount button so I can't access the drive. My Imac is running Catalina and the new Mini is running Monterey....
