Terms and Conditions
Qualified Purchasers receive an Apple Store Gift Card with the purchase of an Eligible Product. This offer is subject to the terms and conditions herein, and capitalized terms are defined below:
PROMOTION PERIOD:
The promotion begins on 16 July, 2026 and ends on 27 August, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”) in the Philippines (“Qualifying Country”).
QUALIFYING LOCATIONS:
Apple Store for Education Individuals and 1800-1651-0525 (Smart/ PLDT), 1800-8474-7382 (Globe) (each a “Qualifying Location”). Eligible Products and Promotion Products (as defined below) must be purchased from a Qualifying Location in the Qualifying Country. Only purchases and deliveries within the same Qualifying Country are eligible. Orders of Eligible Products and Promotion Products from a Qualifying Location that are placed during the Promotion Period and shipped after the end of the Promotion Period are eligible to receive Promotion Product (as defined below).
THE OFFER:
Qualified Purchasers who purchase an Eligible Product and a Promotion Product through a Qualifying Location during the Promotion Period will receive a discount equal to the value of the price of the Promotion Product (depending on their purchase, as set forth in the chart below) off the price of the Eligible Product at the time of purchase. Customers will be charged for all items in their cart, including the Promotion Product. The Promotion Product is redeemable for future purchase(s) only and is not a “gift.” This offer expires when the purchase transaction is complete.

QUALIFIED PURCHASERS:
Those eligible to purchase from the Apple Store for Education Individuals include faculty, staff, students, and parents as follows (each a “Qualified Purchaser”):
K–12 - Any employee of a public or private K–12 institution in Philippines is eligible. In addition, school board members who are currently serving as elected or appointed members are eligible. PTA or PTO executives currently serving as elected or appointed officers are eligible.
Higher Education - Faculty and staff of Higher Education institutions; and students attending, or accepted into a Higher Education institution are eligible to purchase. Purchases from the Apple Store for Education Individuals are not for institutional purchase or resale.
Higher Education Parents - Parents purchasing on behalf of their child, who is a student currently attending or accepted into a public or private Higher Education Institution in Philippines, are eligible to purchase.
Purchases from this promotion are not for institutional purchase or resale.
VALIDATION OF PURCHASE QUALIFICATIONS:
To complete your purchase, you need to verify your eligibility with UNiDAYS for the Promotion Product. You will be redirected to the UNiDAYS website and will be subject to their Privacy Policy. By registering and using their website, the data you provide will be owned, controlled and processed solely by UNiDAYS and not by Apple. UNiDAYS will share account information with Apple to allow us to understand your verification status.
If you are a parent and wish to receive the Promotion Product on behalf of your child who is a student of a higher education institution at a Qualifying Location without your child being present, then you must present to Apple Store employee: (1) a copy of the relevant Student ID or an official letter of student admission issued by a higher education institution in the Qualifying Country (collectively the “Qualification Proof”); and (2) the student’s government-issued photo identification card or passport for non-residents (“ID Document”). The student’s information shown on the Qualification Proof and ID Document must match, otherwise Apple may refuse to provide the Promotion Product. Apple will not collect a copy of the Qualification Proof or ID Document. PROCEDURES RELATED TO PRODUCT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
Returns and exchanges are subject to the policy of the Qualifying Location where the purchase was made. Eligible Products and Promotion Products purchased at Qualifying Locations in the Philippines under the terms and conditions cannot be returned or exchanged. If an Eligible Product is returned or is exchanged for an ineligible product, the Promotion Product must also be returned unused, or the value of the Promotion Product will be deducted from the amount of the return or exchange, as applicable, and any remaining difference will be charged to the Qualified Purchaser.
PROMOTION RESTRICTIONS:
This offer is valid only during the Promotion Period, while supplies last. Eligible Products and Promotion Products are subject to availability. For Eligible Mac purchases, only one (1) Promotion Product per Qualified Purchaser may be obtained during this promotion. For Eligible iPad purchases, only one (1) Promotion Product per Qualified Purchaser may be obtained during this promotion. You must demonstrate that you meet the Qualified Purchaser requirements above prior to your purchase. Resellers, public entities, government entities, nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, enterprise purchasers, and business purchasers do not qualify for this promotion, and Apple reserves the right to cancel purchases made by such purchasers. If Apple determines that you participated in this promotion but were not a Qualified Purchaser, Apple will seek a return of the Promotion Product or charge the value of the Promotion Product you have received. OTHER RESTRICTIONS:
This offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law. This offer may be combined with other Apple promotions that are directed to individual end-user customers and offered during the same Promotion Period in the Qualifying Locations, subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations applicable to this promotion and such other Apple promotion(s). Apple is also not responsible for any loss, destruction, or theft of your qualifying Eligible Product or Promotion Product.
