Terms and Conditions
Qualified Purchasers can receive an Apple Store Gift Card when purchasing an Eligible Product at a Qualifying Location. This offer is subject to the terms and conditions herein, and capitalised terms are defined below:
PROMOTION PERIOD
The promotion begins on 16 July, 2026 and ends on 27 August, 2026 (the “Promotion Period”) in Malaysia (“Qualifying Country”).
QUALIFYING LOCATIONS
Brick-and-mortar Apple Store locations, Apple Store for Education and 1800-80-6419 (each a “Qualifying Location”). Eligible Products and Promotion Products (as defined below) must be purchased from a Qualifying Location. Only purchases and deliveries within Malaysia are eligible. Orders of Eligible Products and Promotion Products from a Qualifying Location that are placed during the Promotion Period and shipped after the end of the Promotion Period are eligible.
THE OFFER
Qualified Purchasers who purchase an Eligible Product and a Promotion Product during the Promotion Period will receive a discount equal to the value of Promotion Product (depending on the purchase, as outlined below) off the price of the Eligible Product at the time of purchase. Customers will be charged for all items in their bag, including the Promotion Product. The Promotion Product is redeemable for future purchase(s) only. The Promotion Product is not a “gift.” This offer expires when the purchase transaction is complete.

QUALIFIED PURCHASERS
Those eligible to purchase from the Apple Store for Education Individuals include staff, higher education students and parents of higher education students purchasing on their behalf as follows (each a “Qualified Purchaser”):
Teachers and Staff - Teachers and employees of public or private educational institutions in Malaysia from Kindergarten to Form 5. In addition, the school’s board of directors (including the executives of the Teachers and Parents Association), who are currently serving as elected or appointed members are eligible to purchase. Staff of Universities or Polytechnics/Vocational Colleges/Technical Colleges in Malaysia are eligible to purchase.
Higher Education Students - Students currently attending or newly accepted into an eligible Higher Education institution (Universities or Polytechnics/Vocational Colleges/Technical Colleges) in Malaysia are eligible to purchase.
Parents of Higher Education Students - Parents purchasing on behalf of their child who is a student currently attending or newly accepted into an eligible Higher Education institution (Universities or Polytechnics/Vocational Colleges/Technical Colleges) in Malaysia are eligible to purchase. Parents will need to prove their child’s eligibility either through UNiDAYS for online purchases or by sending proof of eligibility to Apple upon request for purchases over the phone and chat.
Purchases from this promotion are not for institutional purchase or resale.
VALIDATION OF PURCHASE QUALIFICATIONS
To complete your purchase, you need to verify your eligibility with UNiDAYS for the Promotion Product. You will be redirected to the UNiDAYS website and will be subject to their Privacy Policy. By registering and using their website, the data you provide will be owned, controlled and processed solely by UNiDAYS and not by Apple. UNiDAYS will share account information with Apple to allow us to understand your verification status.
If you are a parent and wish to receive the Promotion Product on behalf of your child who is a student of a higher education institution at a Qualifying Location without your child being present, then you must present to Apple Store employee: (1) a copy of the relevant Student ID or an official letter of student admission issued by a higher education institution in the Qualifying Country (collectively the “Qualification Proof”); and (2) the student’s government-issued photo identification card or passport for non-residents (“ID Document”). The student’s information shown on the Qualification Proof and ID Document must match, otherwise Apple may refuse to provide the Promotion Product. Apple will not collect a copy of the Qualification Proof or ID Document. PROCEDURES RELATED TO PRODUCT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges are subject to the policy of the Qualifying Location where the purchase was made and subject to the Malaysian consumer laws. Both the Eligible Product and the Promotion Product must be returned to receive a full refund. If the Promotion Product is missing, is not returned, or has been used, the full original value of the Promotion Product will be deducted from the exchange or retail value of the Eligible Product. If the Eligible Product is not returned, special offer pricing will not apply, and you will be charged the current full price of the Eligible Product.
PROMOTION RESTRICTIONS
This offer is valid only during the Promotion Period. Eligible Products and Promotion Products are subject to availability. Apple may end this offer at any time, for any reason. For eligible Mac purchases, only one (1) Promotion Product per Qualified Purchaser may be obtained during this promotion. For eligible iPad purchases, only one (1) Promotion Product per Qualified Purchaser may be obtained during this promotion. You must demonstrate that you meet the Qualified Purchaser requirements above prior to your purchase. Resellers, public entities, government entities, non-profit organisations, educational institutions, enterprise purchasers and business purchasers do not qualify, and Apple reserves the right to cancel purchases made by such purchasers. If Apple determines that you participated in this promotion but were not a Qualified Purchaser, Apple will seek a return of the Promotion Product or reimbursement for the value of the Promotion Product received. OTHER RESTRICTIONS
This offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law. This offer may be combined with other Apple promotions that are directed to individual end-user customers and offered during the same Promotion Period in the Qualifying Locations, subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations applicable to this promotion and such other Apple promotion(s). Apple is also not responsible for any loss, destruction or theft of your qualifying Eligible Product or Promotion Product.
