Once you have placed your order successfully we will send you an order acknowledgment email confirming that we have received your order. If you have chosen to use a payment method other than credit or debit card this email will also contain further instructions for payment.
Once your order has been accepted and processed we will send you a dispatch notification email confirming that your product(s) have shipped. This email will also contain carrier and tracking information as well as estimated delivery dates.
We aim to contact you via email or telephone if:
- we require further information from you to process your order
- we need to make changes to your order
(e.g. availability dates, product upgrades...)
- we encounter problems during delivery
