Qualcomm et Apple mettent fin à leur contentieux

San Diego et Cupertino, Californie — Qualcomm et Apple ont annoncé aujourd’hui avoir trouvé un accord pour mettre fin à leur contentieux au niveau mondial. Cet accord inclut un règlement financier d’Apple à Qualcomm. Les deux entreprises ont également décidé d’un accord de licences sur les six prochaines années. Effectif à compter du 1er avril 2019, il comporte une option d’extension de deux ans ainsi qu’un accord pluriannuel portant sur l’approvisionnement en puces.
