Add it to your bag during the checkout process when you purchase your new headphones.
Or buy it within 60 days of your headphones purchase:
- On your paired iPad or iPhone (go to Settings > Bluetooth > click on the ⓘ button for your headphones)
- Online
- At an Apple Store (requires inspection of your headphones and proof of purchase)
- By calling 8000 444 0407 (requires you to provide proof of purchase)
