Terms and Conditions
Qualified Purchasers receive an Apple Gift Card when purchasing an eligible Mac or an eligible iPad. This offer is subject to the terms and conditions herein, and capitalized terms are defined below:
PROMOTION PERIOD:
The promotion begins on August 13, 2026 and ends on October 22, 2026 (hereinafter referred to as the “Promotion Period”) and is valid in the United Arab Emirates (hereinafter referred to as the “Qualifying Country”).
QUALIFYING LOCATIONS:
Brick-and-mortar Apple Store locations, Apple Store Online for Education, and 8000 444 0396 (each a “Qualifying Location”). Eligible Products and Promotion Products (as defined below) must be purchased from a Qualifying Location in the Qualifying Country. It should be noted that eligibility for purchases and deliveries is limited to the Qualifying Country and does not extend beyond it. Orders of Eligible Products and Promotion Products from a Qualifying Location that are placed during the Promotion Period and ship after the end of the Promotion Period are eligible to receive a Promotion Product.
THE OFFER:
Qualified Purchasers who purchase an Eligible Product and a Promotion Product during the Promotion Period shall receive a discount equal to the value of the Promotion Product (depending on their purchase, as outlined below) off the cost of the Eligible Product at the time of purchase. Qualified Purchasers will be charged for all items in their basket, including the Promotion Product. The Promotion Product is redeemable for future purchase(s) only and is not a “gift.” This offer expires when the purchase transaction is complete.

Refurbished products and open-box returns sold “as is” are not eligible for this offer. Certain payment methods are also excluded; please review the “Payment” section for further details.
QUALIFIED PURCHASERS
Individuals eligible to purchase from the Apple Store for Education include teachers, staff, students, and parents as follows (each a “Qualified Purchaser”):
Employees of any education institution - Any employee of a public or private education institution in the UAE is eligible.
Tertiary education students - Students attending or accepted into a tertiary education institution in the UAE are eligible to purchase.
Parents of tertiary education students - Parents purchasing our products on behalf of their child who is a student currently attending or accepted into a public or private tertiary education institution in the UAE are eligible to purchase.
Purchases from this promotion are not for institutional purchase or resale.
PROCEDURES RELATED TO PRODUCT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns and exchanges are subject to the policy of the Qualifying Location where the purchase was made. Both the Promotion Product and the Eligible Product must be returned to receive a full refund. If the Promotion Product is missing, is not returned, or has been redeemed, the full original value of the Promotion Product will be deducted from the exchange or refund value of the Eligible Product. If the Eligible Product is not returned, special offer pricing will not apply and you will be charged the current full price of the Eligible Product.
PROMOTION RESTRICTIONS
This offer is valid only during the Promotion Period, while supplies last. Eligible Products and Promotion Products are subject to availability. Apple may end this offer at any time, for any reason. For eligible Mac purchases, only one (1) Promotion Product per Qualified Purchaser may be obtained during this promotion. For eligible iPad purchases, only one (1) Promotion Product per Qualified Purchaser may be obtained during this promotion. You must demonstrate that you meet the Qualified Purchaser requirements above prior to your purchase. Resellers, public entities, government entities, nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, enterprise purchasers, and business purchasers do not qualify, and Apple reserves the right to cancel purchases made by such purchasers. If Apple determines that you participated in this promotion but were not a Qualified Purchaser, Apple will seek a return of the Promotion Product or reimbursement for the value of the Promotion Product. OTHER RESTRICTIONS
This offer is void where prohibited or restricted by law. This offer may be combined with other Apple promotions that are directed to individual end-user customers and offered during the same Promotion Period in the Qualifying Locations, subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations applicable to this promotion and such other Apple promotion(s). Apple is also not responsible for any loss, destruction, or theft of your qualifying Eligible Product or Promotion Product.
